Baja Beans Roasting Company To Host Fundraising Pop-Up Shop

Coffee connoisseurs: this Saturday, Chinatown’s @thisopenspace will host Baja Beans‘ first ever local pop-up, and their espresso roasts are some of the most luscious I’ve encountered.

Founded by North Vancouverites Alec and April Tidey, this Mexican coffee company recently suffered huge destruction from a hurricane in their new town of Pescadero (about an hour North of Cabo). On a recent trip down South I discovered their passionate business, including their charming cafe and their delicious beans.

To help support their entire town rebuild after the storm, Baja Beans will be raising funds by selling coffee beans, Postmark Beer, To Die For Lemon Loaf and more at this Saturday’s pop-up soiree.
