Thoughtfully crafted by Executive Chef Geoff Rogers from farm-to-finish, the noontime menu is a welcome addition to Gastown’s lunch scene, offering comforting favourites with innovative twists and fresh daily features.
Guests enjoy lamb burgers with sour cherry relish and fresh arugula; porchetta with anchovy mayo and greens; and house made soups and pastas, all prepared fresh daily. For those seeking adventurous selections, there’s an ox tongue pastrami sandwich with sauerkraut and house mustard, or BC tuna niçoise served with in-house pickled green beans, new potatoes and egg.
