Chef Karen McAthy To Launch “Blue Heron Chef Series” Dinners This April (SOLD OUT)

There’s a very exciting pop-up dinner happening at The Juice Truck’s Mount Pleasant storefront (28 West 5th Ave) on Thursday, April 14th. Chef Karen McAthy (Graze, ZEND, Blue Heron Nut Cheese) is launching her Blue Heron Chef series with sous chef Eden Chan and Zoe Peled from The Vegan Project.
