Dirty Apron Launches New Vegetarian Cooking Class

Ask anyone in Vancouver for a cooking class recommendation, and you’ll most likely hear about Dirty Apron.

Owned and run by Chef David Robertson, one of Vancouver’s most revered and recognizable chefs, this Beatty Street deli and cooking school is synonymous with delicious food — I’ve never tried anything from their kitchen that wasn’t a serious treat for the taste buds. The dishes taught at Dirty Apron’s new plant-based cooking class — Plant Power — are in that same league.
