Let’s talk chicken wings. Why are they so popular? Do diners love them for the chicken, or is it the sauce? I’m a wholehearted believer that it the sauce that renders them so addictive. Along with the creamy dipping sauce, of course.
To test this theory, I made Vega’s recipe for Cauliflower Buffalo Wings. They are naturally gluten free, exploding with flavour, and contain a smallfractionof the fat found in your average chicken wing. I cannot imagine a meat lover turning their nose up to this recipe. It’s simply too delicious.
