Will chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten love the banana bread?

After the banana bread tasting, we sampled a few of Market’s new menu items. I feel redundant saying it, but each of his creations were to die for. My favorite was the Scallop Sashimi on warm, crispy rice with spring onion and chipotle emulsion. View the full dinner menu here.
