On Monday May 25, Maenam and Okanagan Crush Pad celebrate spot prawn season with a multi-course dinner accompanied by expertly selected wine pairings. Canapés and spot prawn dishes, plus several of Maenam’s house specialties, will be served in four family-style courses, accompanied by nine wines. Held at Maenam, the evening will be hosted by Chef Angus An and Okanagan Crush Pad’s wine advisor David Scholefield.
