About The Film
Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment, Oscar-winner Louie Psihoyos (The Cove) assembles a team of artists and activists intent on showing the world never-before-seen images that expose issues of endangered species and mass extinction. We’re also extremely excited to announce that Chef Karen McAthy will be joining us with her amazingly delicious vegan nut cheese.
“I can’t believe it’s not cheese” said anyone who’s tried this self-proclaimed fermenting geek’s cultured nut cheese. This product is a saving grace for cheese lovers with dairy sensitivities. How does she do it? Ancient cultures used in traditional cheese making are introduced to ground nuts, seeds and other natural ingredients, and amazingly, they age just like their dairy counterparts. The nut cheese-making process is costly and time consuming though, so you won’t find many on the market. To order her cheese you can contact Karen directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Juice Truck will be providing cold pressed juice and I’ll make a big batch of sweet and salty popcorn.
So, get ready to chow down and get your mind blown by this totally eye-opening flick that we believe everyone should watch.
Price: $10 (100% of sales will be donated to non-profit community organization Fresh Roots)
