You may have noticed the original Boneta Restaurant space at the corner of Cordova and Carrall is under construction. We’ll soon see a German eatery called Bauhaus opening for business, and expectations are high as its executive chef, Stefan Hartmann has a wealth of Michelin experience. In 2010 he was awarded his own prestigious star for his Berlin-based restaurant, Hartmanns.
General Manager Tim Adams bring even more high-end experience to the table. He recently held a similar position at London’s Kensington palace where he served the royal family.
Bauhaus plans to put a fresh spin on the rich tradition of German cuisine. The menu hasn’t yet been released, but it will be fairly pricey, ranging from $80 to $100 for a three-course dinner. We also know there will be a chef’s table where diners will be served by Chef Hartmann himself and private dining will be available for up to 10 guests.
