One of the main tips I’ve been given as a soon-to-be-mom is to stock up on breastfeeding snacks. Nursing requires a lot of calories and hunger can strike fast and hard. In an effort to battle the hanger, I’m stocking my freezer full of bite-sized bars and healthy treats that can be eaten easily with just one hand. Here’s what I’ve made so far:
