The pioneer of Australia’s wine industry, also an extremely lovable host and decade-long partner of Earls, didn’t seem to mind the hot pink stain of YSL #49 that I left on his cheek.
Peter headed the elaborately set dinner table in Earls’ V private room, and shared candid stories of his life as a winemaker in the Barossa.
