Yew Restaurant Presents: “Six Sommelier Collaboration Dinner” Featuring Celebrated Vancouver Wine Experts

If wine pairing dinners are your thing, take note there’s a special one coming up at Yew Restaurant featuring six of Vancouver’s most talented sommeliers and special, personally prepared dishes from executive chef Ned Bell.

The “Six Sommelier Collaboration Dinner”, led by Yew Wine Director Emily Walker, will feature pairings by Chambar’s “sommelier of the year” Jason Yamasaki, Vij’s Restaurant’s “sommelier of the year 2014” Mike Bernardo, Boulevard’s Lisa Haley, Vino Volo’s Sally Campa and Yew’s own Steven Lane.

Pairings are expected to be high-end and quirky, reflecting the eclectic palates of these top sommeliers who love nothing more than to uncover exclusive, hard-to-find wines.
