Are you that person who constantly tells everyone that your burger recipe is the best? If so, it’s time to put your money where your mouth is.
We’re looking for very unique recipes made with ingredients that are easily accessible at your local supermarket and that would pair well with Gnarly Head wines.
This year’s judges are Judith Lane, Rhonda May, Kasey Wilson, and myself. Fairmont Executive Chef Robert Le Crom will also be involved helping apprentices at the Top 10 Cook Off. I’m looking forward to sampling your creations! Don’t be scared to be ‘a little out there’.
Submissions deadline is July 10, 2011, and the final event will take place on July 21st at the 39th Cambie Street Liquor Store, ‘Cambie Kitchen’.
