The Juice Truck and Erin Ireland Present: The Banana Bread Smoothie

It’s received rave feedback from a Michelin star chef, won a golden ticket on Food Network Canada’s Recipe to Riches, garnered attention from CBC’s Dragon’s Den, and now, ‘To Die For Banana Bread’ will be transformed into a one-of-a-kind smoothie by Gastown’s most popular new food cart, The Juice Truck.

After much experimenting, ‘The Banana Bread Smoothie’ — made with To Die For Banana Bread, banana, cacao nibs, cinnamon, and soy milk — was born. It’s believed to be the first of its kind in Vancouver, if not Canada.

One dollar of each irresistible drink sold will be donated to Movember Canada.

The Banana Bread Smoothie will be available from Tuesday, November 1 to Wednesday, November 30 at The Juice Truck, located on the corner of Water and Abott in Gastown. Look for the bright pinkish red truck.

I’ll be there tomorrow from 11:30am until 1:30pm with banana bread samples — would love to share with you!
