1/2 cup of baked sugar pumpkin or 1/3 can organic pumpkin pie filling
3/4 frozen banana
1 medjool date
¼ tbsp. raw vanilla
A shake of cinnamon.
1 thumb of ginger.
fill to 500 ml with coconut milk – If you don’t have coconut milk, almond milk is a good substitute.
