To Die For Breakfast: Coconut Oil Oatmeal with Raspberries

I am crazy about Naked Coconuts Coconut Oil. It’s great in everything, even coffee (a Twitter friend offered that tip and I was skeptical until I tried it — smooth and delicious). Today I swirled about a teaspoon of it into my oatmeal and into my smoothie. If you like coconut, you must try this product. I’ve tried others and this is by far the best tasting.

Oatmeal Ingredients:

1/2 tsp – 1 tsp. coconut oil
1/2 c. frozen raspberries
2 tbsp. slivered almonds
1 tbsp. pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp. cacao nibs
Drizzle of chocolatey espresso concoction as the moat (made this up on the spot — if you want the recipe, tweet me)
Drizzle of Coconut Peanut Butter
Splash almond milk

Smoothie Ingredients:

1 frozen banana, sliced
1 massive handful spinach
3/4 c. – 1 c. almond milk
1/2 tsp. – 1 tsp. coconut oil
1 chopped date (if you prefer sweeter)
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
