To Die For Recipe: Hazelnut Butter Banana Overnight Oats

This recipe is so great because 1) it takes two minutes or less to make 2) it’s waiting and ready for you in the fridge when you wake up and 3) it’s healthy, sugar-free and delicious.

Adapted from Oh She Glows Cookbook

1/2 c. oats
1/2 c. nut milk of your choice
1 big ripe banana (mashed)
2-3 tbsp hazelnut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
1 tbsp chopped pecans (optional but highly recommended)
1 tbsp cacao nibs (optional but highly recommended)

  • In a bowl, mash banana with a fork
  • Add all other ingredients to the bowl and mix
  • Cover and place in fridge where it will be waiting for you in the morning
  • Add garnishes (pecans, cacao nibs and anything else you like) in the morning to prevent them from getting soggy
