UP JUS in Yaletown: More Than A Cold Pressed Juice Bar

Cold pressed juice addicts, there’s an adorable new spot to get your fix in Yaletown called UP JUS.

The ‘UP’ stands for unpasteurized – and a peek into this new shop’s impeccably organized cooler reveals super unique and tempting cold pressed juices like Strawberry Apple Lime, Charcoal Lemonade and date-sweetened Almond Mylk. Their Sweet Green Juice is worthy of mention – it’s made with Viennese leaves that are flown in twice a week.

UP JUS is more than a juice bar though. Owners Anthony and Lam will celebrate Vancouver’s indie food scene by curating a mini market filled with the latest and greatest edible goods, like local honey, The Lemon Square, To Die For loaves and lots more. This Saturday, June 25th, they’re hosting a mini farmer’s market to introduce their goods to customers. Expect samples and discounts.

Find UP JUS in the mini mall located at 108-1058 Mainland Street, just North of Helmcken. They’re open from 10 – 6 on weekdays and 11 – 6 on weekends.
