Imagine an event featuring dishes from just about every top restaurant in Vancouver. Good news: that’s exactly what happens at Vancouver Magazine’s annual Big Night, coming up on Friday, February 6th.
Category winners from the 2014 Vancouver Magazine Restaurant Awards are teamed up with winners from the International Wine Competition to create a special food and wine pairing for this popular culinary gala.
Participating restaurants include Bao Bei, Burdock and Co., Zest Japanese, The Farmer’s Apprentice, Tableau Bar Bistro, Cioppino’s, Blue Water, Cactus Club, Vij’s and of course Hawksworth. Expect wine pairings from Haywire, Wolf Blass, Muga and more.
Big Night 2015 will take place on Friday, February 6th from 7pm to 9pm at the Coast Coal Harbour Hotel (1180 West Hastings Street).
